Volunteers make our unique artistic vision a reality. By Volunteering as a Grip, Patron or Crier, you are nurturing the development of a diverse cultural centre that promotes the exploration of the arts in the context of a working farm while engaging and educating young professionals through the development of meaningful performance opportunities in rural Ontario.

 

Grip Programme

- A Grip volunteers as a general assistant available for stage set-up, flower arrangement, barn decorating, refreshment

serving, ushering, parking cars, box office staffing etc.

Patron Programme

- A Patron volunteers overnight accommodation for Symphony in the Barn performers.

Crier Programme

- A Crier volunteers their ability to communicate by writing letters of support to local newspapers or cultural publications, calling local radio or TV stations and telling them about us or simply by bringing friends and neighbours to Symphony in the Barn.
